Colonel (Ret.) William D. Foote also serves as Director Business Systems Development and Modernization Division at Diligent Consulting’s corporate office in San Antonio, TX. In this position he has responsibility for application development and legacy systems modernization. Prior to this position he was Diligent’s Strategic Programs Director.
Bill also served in the U.S. Air Force for 31 years in both operational and support assignments. His last assignment was Director of Personnel Services at the Air Force Personnel Center where he had oversight, procedural and process responsibility for personnel functions from accessions to separations and retirements to family support, recognition, promotions, professional education and skills training and personnel records. He was also responsible for AFPC’s transformation to a service center construct. Bill also served as commander of a Mission Support Group, was deputy chief of the SecAF’s Staff Group at the Pentagon, XO to the USFK deputy commander at Yongsan, Korea, served as deputy group commander for Air Force Basic Military Training and other staff jobs over the years. His operational assignments were in the B-52G and B-1B.
His areas of expertise are strategic planning, large scale project management and organizational transformations. Bill has an M.S. degree in Systems Management, an M.S. degree from National War College and B.S. degree from the University of Toledo. He also is a graduate of the Air War College and the Air Command and Staff College.
Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Bill Robinson is Director of Business Development for TACG, LLC. He is a retired Air Force veteran who specialized as a Cyber Security and Information Assurance professional working in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and the Federal civilian agencies. As the Director of Business Development for TACG, Bill oversees the corporate sales pipeline and shapes the corporate strategic direction for the company. Since 2009, Bill serves as the VP for Corporate Affairs and member of the Board of Directors for the Alamo Chapter, senior mentor for new Board positions, and has been the Program and Training Director for the Alamo ACE. Bill is also the chapter Small Business advocate and sits on AFCEA International’s Small Business Council. Bill holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). He is married and has one child.
